The Eastern Africa Child Rights Network of Civil Society Organizations (EACRN) was established in March, 2014 to coordinate efforts by civil society organizations in Eastern Africa in advocating for children rights.
Objective
The overall objective of this consultancy is to develop well-written conference reports based on the discussions of children during the 17th CSO Forum on African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACRWC) virtual and physical engagement with children on the 21st of November 2020. The rapporteur will be required to have their own internet access and other gadgets necessary for the development of the reports.
Qualifications
Deliverables
Quality reports that will contain at a minimum the following sections: introduction, background, discussion, recommendations and conclusion. The report should contain the number of participants taking into account gender and age.
Duration of work
This work will be undertaken within 1 day during the Forum held on the 21st of November 2020. Compilation and submission of the final report will be within five (5) working days of the Forum.
Reporting and Payment
The successful candidate will report to the EACRN Coordinator during the period of assignment. Payment will be done upon submission of the final report.
