Real Estate(Property) Agent Scout at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

Our client is looking to hire a property scout who will be required to go out to the field daily and find flats about 1 month to completion for the real estate agency company to prospect for property management. 
Key duties & responsibilities

• Route mapping: Targeting Waiyaki way (from Kangemi up to Regen), Eastern bypass (Utawala, Kamakis up to Ruiru), Rongai, Ngong, Thika Road (Thome, Roysambu, Kasarani).
• Scouting for properties within our quality range and taking pictures.
• Establishing the initial contact with the property owners.
• End-of-day reporting with options and pictures.
