Real Estate Sales Manager

- Experience 4 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Real Estate , Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
- Our client is looking for a Results-Driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth in the Kenyan property market.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in land sales (Mandatory)
- At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan land laws & processes
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
- Excellent leadership, negotiation & client relationship skills
- Experience managing and training sales teams
- If you understand land transactions, title processes, and how to convert leads into sales — this opportunity is for you.
