    Receptionist /Front Office Admin

    Premier Audio Visual Limited offers a wide range of audio ,video and integration services.Our areas include  ICT, sound systems ,AV installation,Video conferencing solutions among others.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Photocopy and binding documents needed to support our services.
    • General cleaning of office and other areas within the company.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
    • Doing other sales and marketing related activity.
    • Arrange meeting rooms in readiness for meetings to facilitate smooth discussions and deliberations.
    • create and maintain effective filing systems and records.
    • Receiving walk-in visitors and directing them to the relevant department .
    • Perform any other  duties assigned.
