Receptionist/Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries professionally Support marketing and lead follow-ups
- Convert leads into successful deals
- Assist with social media marketing
- Participate in social media live sessions
- Support basic Canva/design tasks where needed
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Diploma holder/Related course.
- Knowledge of tour and travel, Visa, flights etc
- Strong professional communication skills Must be ready to learn and grow
- Good phone with clean cameras for content.
