  • Recruitment Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive and strategic prospecting methods such as cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals. 
    • Research and target potential clients to initiate new business relationships. 
    • Customize sales presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of potential clients. 
    • Understand client businesses and their specific challenges to effectively position the company’s solutions. 
    • Develop strategic talent sourcing techniques including shortlisting and headhunting 
    • Interview candidates based on employer partner requirements. 
    • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and relationship management. 
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective strategies and closing techniques. 
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals. 
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. 
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 
    • Prepare and present regular account management reports and forecasts to management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement. 
    • Provide feedback to the Management on client needs, and competitive intelligence. 
    • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop sales strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve business objectives. 
    • Implement corrective actions and strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency. 
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns. 

    Key Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consultancy set up. 
    • Must have Business Acumen. 
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets. 
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
    • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
