    Recruitment Manager

    About the role:

    BURN is looking for a Recruitment Manager to supervise our recruitment team and ensure that all recruiting operations run smoothly across all our markets. The individual should keep abreast of the latest developments in recruitment and ultimately be able to make sound recruitment decisions, as well as demonstrate excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Managing full-cycle recruitment in support of all the business’s functions.
    • Evaluating the existing recruiting processes to determine how they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Modifying existing recruiting processes and developing new ones as needed.
    • Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team.
    • Evaluating the performance of the recruitment team.
    • Identifying, sourcing, and attracting prospective candidates.
    • Handling the full cycle recruitment of senior-level roles, executive positions, and hard-to-fill positions.
    • Arrange senior management interviews by coordinating schedules.
    • Compile reports for opening hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers.
    • Act as a point of contact for hiring managers regarding the recruitment process.
    • Develop strong relationships with Hiring managers and ensure a great hiring experience for all candidates.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience working in talent acquisition and recruiting leadership roles with proven success metrics.
    • Proven experience leading a talent acquisition team.
    • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other administrative software to produce and deliver reports and data.
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Excellent Communication skills in both written and spoken English.
    • Good time-management skills.
