• Oversee and manage all financial activities of the organization
• Define and implement policies for efficient financial resource management
• Ensure the structuring and optimization of financial support functions
• Develop sustainable financial processes supporting business growth
• Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and accounting requirements
• Support senior leadership in defining and executing the financial strategy

The Successful Applicant

• The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with proven experience in financial management or leadership roles and strong proficiency in IT tools and financial systems.
• The role requires residency in Kenya, fluency in English.
• A solid understanding of the heavy equipment and mobility sector is essential.
