Purpose
ICRC staff members are the organization's greatest asset in implementing its humanitarian mission to protect and assist people affected by armed conflict and other situations of violence. The ICRC seeks to safeguard high standards of integrity and professionalism, providing the ethical and behavioral framework that all staff are expected to respect in their daily work.
