Regional Manager at Frank Management Consult Ltd

Job Summary: The Regional Manager is responsible for providing oversight for all the stores in the assigned geographical region, with the objective of providing guidance and support in delivering line with the business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide input into the development of the operations strategy, and execute the strategy regionally to ensure the business objectives are met
• Develop the budget for the region assigned, to ensure the sufficient and timely allocation of resources needed for successful business execution, cost management, and profitability of stores
• Evaluate the store health check reports and give recommendations to ensure store standards are achieved regionally
• Monitor store performance in the region assigned, to drive regional performance against the target
• Monitor stock cover reports advising the branch managers on optimum stock covers & product availability
• Collaborate with HR Team in matters of employee administration, welfare & engagement to deliver people management agenda regionally
• Keep track of government & county regulations to ensure regional operations are compliant with statutory regulations affecting the regional branches
• Evaluate sale promotion execution within the region for maximum sales and profitability
• Analyze individual branch P&L to ensure the profitability index is achieved
• Chair regional meetings to discuss regional and store performance with regional stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
• A master's degree is a plus
• 4+ Years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry, overseeing at least 4 outlets in a region
• Flexible and willing to be deployed in any part of the country.
