As part of this program, we looking to place Regional Managers into Jordan, Turkey, Kenya, Thailand, and Dallas that will manage teams of case managers, various in-country specialists, and supply chain managers within the Regional Service Centre in your host country.
• As Regional Managers, you will forge strategic relationships with local and international agencies, charitable organizations, and Australian embassies, establishing a network that fosters positive change and growth. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of something truly extraordinary.
• Your expertise in leading cross-functional teams, stellar communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships will be the catalyst for making a real impact in challenging environments.
• We are seeking candidates who can commit to an assignment for a period of 3 years with relocation assistance and visa support offered for these positions. We anticipate that Transition In will commence in November 2023.
