As a Regional Manager, you will focus on delivering the best experience for homecooks in Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa. This is a contract position and the successful candidate will be able to work full-time from the following locations: either Nigieria, Kenya, South Africa , Spain (Alincante) or Japan.

Requirements

What you will do

• You will focus on delivering the best experience for homecooks in Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.
• You will own all aspects of Cookpad in responsible regions such as user growth and happiness, strategy design and execution, community building initiatives, product and data analysis, business development, and much more
• You will build and lead the local operation teams, and work closely with international team to grow together
• You will have lots of freedom and room to grow along with big responsibilities. Expect an action-packed adventure with new challenges everyday!

What we are looking for

• Fluent in English
• Hungry, passionate to solve problems in cooking, food and lifestyle
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and thrive on juggling a lot of balls
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in Nigeria, Kenya or Nigeria
• Deep understanding of culture and people in respective countries
• Proven ability in leading high-performance teams and delivering successful results
• Experience working in a multicultural team

Even better

• Founder/Country manager experience at startups or Internet companies
• MBA degree or equivalent from top international schools
