Your duties are to administer laser hair removal treatments at a medical spa or aesthetic medicine clinic. Your responsibilities include explaining the procedure to a patient, calibrating lasers and other equipment before the procedure, and monitoring your patient's vital signs and reactions during hair removal. Typically, permanent hair removal requires multiple sessions, and you provide advice to patients about self-care in between visits.
Providing patients with exceptional customer service and highest level of satisfaction
Ensuring safety of clients at all times
Examining each client’s history and providing the correct treatment type
Making sure each client is satisfied after the treatment
Following established treatment protocols at all times
Documenting all treatments and making notes for each individual
Maintaining a clean working environment
Demonstrating accuracy and detail orientation
Requirements:
Diploma in nursing.
At least 2 years’ experience in laser hair removal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Neat and professional appearance.
Empathy and patience.
Knowledge of and ability to perform a wide variety of medical aesthetics.
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the demands of our clients.
