    Relationship Manager, Schemes and Sales Coordination

    Responsibility Summary:

    Academic & Professional Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree (preferably a Business orientated degree) Minimum 5 years' experience in banking with at least 3 years in scheme relationship and sales management

    Skills/Experience Required

    • Customer/market orientated, excellence in planning and execution Ability to establish direction and drive execution
    • Excellent at delivering and owning results
    • Leadership and people development skills are required, in order to
    • develop and maintain effective working relationships both externally
    • and internally, with peers, direct reports and customers.
    • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
    • Good negotiation and presentation skills
