Relationship Officer - Liabilities at Habib Bank

Key Responsibilities:

•  Acquire new-to-bank business accounts achieve agreed growth objectives
• Identify & pursue new business opportunities through market mapping, referrals & networking
• Promote & cross-sell transaction banking, digital banking & trade finance solutions as part of the JCI initiative
• Understand clients' evolving needs & provide value-driven financial solutions
• Monitor account activity, increase wallet share & support deposit mobilisation
• Implement strategies aimed at growing the client portfolio while ensuring long-term retention
• Build & maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC/AML & regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate & up-to-date client records, documentation & account information
• Report on client acquisition, portfolio performance & accounts sales activities
• Track & analyze business performance against established targets & objectives
• Report market intelligence & client feedback to support product development & business strategy
• Support business initiatives & campaigns to acquire customers, grow revenue & enter new markets
