Relationship Officers - Business Development at Rafiki Microfinance Bank

Key Roles

• Expand the Enterprise segment by increasing liabilities, assets, non-funded income (NFI), and product cross-selling.
• Evaluate credit proposals, process applications promptly, and maintain a high-quality loan book while controlling portfolio-at-risk (PAR).
• Deepen relationships with existing clients, and deliver strong Treasury and Credit solutions.
• Maintain customer relationship standards, adhere to regulatory requirements, and uphold the Bank's brand reputation.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical abilities.
• High integrity with excellent networking, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a high attention to detall.
