• We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join a team selling premium handcrafted leather products. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional in-store service, drive sales, and help create a memorable shopping experience for all customers.

Job Description

• Welcome and assist customers, providing friendly and professional service.
• Promote and sell a range of high-quality leather products, including shoes, bags, and accessories.
• Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked store environment.
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Support store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE); tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or Fashion is a plus.
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
• Attention to detail, presentation, and organization.
