    SACCO Partnerships & Growth Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    SACCO Acquisition & Partnerships

    • Identify, engage, and build relationships with companies that operate internal SACCOs.
    • Understand SACCO needs and communicate how Power’s platform can meet them.
    • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract signing and go-live.
    • Represent Power at SACCO events, HR forums, and other relevant networks.

    Onboarding & Customer Success

    • Lead new SACCOs through the onboarding process: system setup, training, and member enrollment.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for SACCO leadership teams.
    • Provide continuous support and drive platform adoption through ongoing engagement.
    • Collect feedback, track platform usage, and surface insights to internal teams.

    Strategy & Product Collaboration

    • Act as the voice of the customer to help improve and evolve the SACCO platform.
    • Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to ensure SACCOs’ needs are met.
    • Contribute to strategic planning around SACCO growth and expansion.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years in B2B partnerships, enterprise sales, SACCO development, customer success, or fintech operations.
    • Familiarity with SACCOs, financial cooperatives, or employee benefit structures in Kenya.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — from SACCO committee to HR leadership.
    • Experience managing complex onboarding or implementation processes.
    • Startup mindset: self-driven, adaptable, solutions-oriented, and excited to build from the ground up.
    • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn, explain, and support financial software platforms.
