Sales and Marketing Executive at Metro Cleaners and Renovators

REPORTS TO:             Marketing & Business Development Manager

PURPOSE

To market the Metro Cleaners & Renovators brand, create its awareness to the general public to attract and retain customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Continuously asses the current business environment with a view to growing the revenue base
• Scout for business opportunities leveraging on the already developed services and market trends
• Bringing in new business directly by way of introducing services offered to potential clients and upcoming buildings and follow up on leads from Area Managers
• Carrying out site surveys, preparation of quotations & Tender Documents
• Preparation of Client contracts & Ensuring all contracts are signed off and filed
• Updating and maintenance of client files including renewal of client contracts
• Providing customers with details of the services such as price, delivery timelines etc
• Handling customer queries and complaints and escalating them to the Business Development Manager when the need arises;
• Ensure the Sales Revenue and all other related payments are received.
• Carrying out market research in the Cleaning services sector in Kenya, East Africa and globally
• Continuously asses the current business environment with a view to enhancing product/ service offerings
• Collate, maintain and update a Client database and files with details of contracts and end dates and ensure for timely contract renewal
• In liason with the finance department, ensure all sales revenue generated via contractual or temporary jobs is invoiced on time and received on time.
• Prepare tenders and quotations so as to provide customers with details of the services such as price, delivery timelines etc
• Answer to all telephone sales inquiries
• Be the liason between Metro Cleaners and Renovators and all clients, responsible for addressing, escalating and closing all customer queries and complaints.
• Coordinating all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities for Metro Cleaners & Renovators;
