Sales And Marketing Manager at Atarah Solutions

GROSS SALARY: KSH 130,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement sales, marketing, branding and business strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase student enrollment, and achieve organizational growth.
• Plan and execute advertising, promotional and digital market campaigns.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team, including performance management, training and achievement of departmental targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with students, parents, clients, and strategic partners to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with management on strategic planning and continuous improvement strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience; a master's degree is an added advantage.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong experience in customer relationship management, sales pipeline management, market research, and sales reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
