Sales Assistant at Nutreco

Job Description:

• Customer service/receiving customers visiting and purchasing from the depot (Customer Relationship Management).
• Inventory management: ensuring stocks are always sufficient to meet customer demand without overstocking slow movers. Efficient inventory space usage to maximize available space.
• Understand customer needs and challenges and communicate/escalate these to Sales Cordinator for resolution.
• Accurate data entry and data management of stock receipts and movements.
• Stock reconciliations daily, weekly and monthly.
• Housekeeping and hygiene management of depot through gang way management when offloading, maintain FIFO, maintain accepted HSE practices and stack heights.
• Monthly stock movement and sales reports.
• If required, visit farms, customer and/or stakeholders as requested by Commercial Manager or Sales Coordinator.
