Customer service/receiving customers visiting and purchasing from the depot (Customer Relationship Management).
Inventory management: ensuring stocks are always sufficient to meet customer demand without overstocking slow movers. Efficient inventory space usage to maximize available space.
Understand customer needs and challenges and communicate/escalate these to Sales Cordinator for resolution.
Accurate data entry and data management of stock receipts and movements.
Stock reconciliations daily, weekly and monthly.
Housekeeping and hygiene management of depot through gang way management when offloading, maintain FIFO, maintain accepted HSE practices and stack heights.
Monthly stock movement and sales reports.
If required, visit farms, customer and/or stakeholders as requested by Commercial Manager or Sales Coordinator.
