    Sales Associate - B2B

    Job Description

    Reporting To Regional Sales Manager.

    Position Summary

    1. -To drive company turnover to its goal.
    2. -Offering excellent customer service to new and existing customers.
    3. -Support regional market system with productive route plan.

    Responsibilities

    1. To grow the revenue of the company by driving its interest in the market on general trade.
    2. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
    3. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
    4. Inform on competitive services, promotional matters, sales techniques, pricing, and marketing policies.
    5. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
    6. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
    7. Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
    8. Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
    9. Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
    10. Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.
    11. Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed and required.
    12. Generate and qualify prospective leads and referrals.
    13. Develops strategies for more effective sales both individually and as part of a team.
    14. Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective clients and advise on appropriate purchase options.
    15. Obtaining deposits, the balance of payments, and collection of debt from clients.
    16. Answer the client’s questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
    17. Product training; comprehensively research and present a product as assigned to you by management.
    18. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
    19. Ensure customer satisfaction by getting feedback on already supplied goods
    20. Ensure that feedback forms are issued for all the trial samples given out, keep track of the sample progress and follow up for feedback at the end of the trial period.
    21. Ensure proper CRM is prepared and shared with the management for general trade.

    NB/ and any other duty or responsibilities assigned to you by the senior management.

    Qualifications
