Sales Associate – Cleaning Industry at Janta Kenya

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to promote and sell cleaning products and services to businesses and residential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the cleaning industry, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for cleaning products and services.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including commercial offices, hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide clients with detailed information about product features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and lead generation.
• Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and company training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At-least 3 experiences in sales, preferably in the cleaning, janitorial, or hygiene products industry.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Good knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and services (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience selling to hotels, hospitals, schools, corporate offices, or industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of eco-friendly and industrial cleaning solutions.
