    Sales Development Representative - 2 Posts

    Job Summary:

    Our client is seeking a Sales Development Representatives to support revenue growth across the EMEA territory. This customer-focused inside sales role involves using consultative sales techniques to generate qualified leads for Educational Sales Consultants, leveraging explore questioning and hooks to build a robust prospect list. SDRs will collaborate with the SDR Manager, as well as Sales and Marketing teams, on integrated promotional and calling campaigns throughout the year. In addition to generating leads for others, the SDRs will manage their own list of leads and conduct sales calls, guiding prospects from initial contact to commitment in close coordination with their line manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule consultations between prospective customers and the Educational Sales Consultant team through phone, email, and social channels.
    • Use consultative techniques to uncover customer needs and generate interest in the institution's products and services, ensuring sufficient engagement to secure follow-up appointments.
    • Leverage local language skills (where applicable) to build rapport, make a positive impression within schools, and successfully navigate gatekeepers, ensuring a seamless connection to key decision-makers.
    • Support calling campaigns throughout the year, working from a list of leads provided by sales management.
    • Maintain detailed call logs in Salesforce, accurately recording interactions, including unanswered calls.
    • Handle inbound inquiries and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone and email.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Data/BI teams to maintain the accuracy and quality of the CRM database.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in remote outbound sales.
    • Proven experience in educational sales (to universities, schools).
    • Strong experience in consultative/solutions-based selling.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
