Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead outbound growth initiatives across the EMEA region. The SDM will be responsible for driving sales pipeline growth at the initial stage of the sales funnel by managing team performance and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities to the Sales team, in alignment with agreed KPIs.
The SDM will collaborate closely with regional sales leads to define and execute territory-specific campaigns. The role also requires ongoing coordination with the Marketing team to refine and implement effective sales outreach activities. In addition, the SDM will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and performance management of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring their success in generating qualified leads and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.

This customer-focused inside sales role involves using consultative sales techniques to generate qualified leads for Educational Sales Consultants, leveraging explore questioning and hooks to build a robust prospect list. SDRs will collaborate with the SDR Manager, as well as Sales and Marketing teams, on integrated promotional and calling campaigns throughout the year. In addition to generating leads for others, the SDRs will manage their own list of leads and conduct sales calls, guiding prospects from initial contact to commitment in close coordination with their line manager.
