Our client, a reputable professional training and development organization is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, accounts functions, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to work cross-functionally with trainers, clients, outsourced HR partners, and the accounting team.
Role Purpose
To ensure smooth operational delivery, support financial tracking, and coordinate HR administration. The role requires a strong blend of administration, accounting support, and data analytics to drive operational efficiency and inform management decisions.
