Sales Engineer

OVERVIEW
- We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Sales Engineer to drive business growth and deliver innovative engineering and energy solutions across East Africa.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive B2B Sales & Business Development across East Africa.
- Build and manage client & stakeholder relationships.
- Identify opportunities and deliver technical & commercial solutions.
- Manage sales from lead generation to contract closure.
- Promote HV/MV, LV Switchgear, Power Distribution, Automation, Solar & Energy Storage solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors & new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering. Procurement & Project Teams.
- Achieve sales, revenue & growth targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in Technical Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in Power Systems, Switchgear, Automation, Solar & Energy.
- Knowledge of Transformers, LV/MV/HV, Power Distribution & Energy Storage.
- Proven B2B Solution & Project Sales experience.
- Strong Communication, Presentation & Negotiation skills. Customer-focused, strategic & target-driven.
