    Sales Engineer

    This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Engineer, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to identify and meet their needs by providing technical expertise and solutions. Core responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, presenting company products, preparing technical proposals, and participating in the sales process. Additional tasks involve ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering technical training, and supporting sales initiatives to meet company objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Strong technical knowledge in engineering principles and product application
    • Proven sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in market research, proposal development, and developing sales strategies
    • Effective communication and presentation skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer technical needs
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
    • Experience in the construction, industrial, or manufacturing industries preferred
    • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and environmentally friendly solutions is a plus
