    Sales Executive

    Reporting Line: Sales Manager

    Basic Salary: Ksh 50,000 Plus Commission depending on Performance

    Our client is a leader in Real Estate industry well known for providing access to affordable properties to Kenyans through innovation. It is leading the way to inspiring a homeownership movement, establish and fortify the uptake of investment, and growing homeownership status.

    JOB SUMMARY

    The client is seeking well motivated and aggressive sales executives to power its sales force. Firm is seeking a dynamic, high performing & experienced Sales Executive. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, super organized and committed team player.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
    • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
    • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on the company
    • Track all sales activities and keep current by updating account information regularly
    • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
    • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
    • Meet and/or exceed sales quotas
    • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
    • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
    • Working towards monthly or annual targets.
    • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
    • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
    • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
    • Build and maintain professional networks
    • Any other reasonable and relevant area of work, depending on the emerging needs of the organization.

    • Monthly Sales Growth.
    • Average Profit Margin.
    • Monthly Sales Bookings.
    • New leads in pipeline
    • Sales Opportunities.
    • Average age of leads in pipeline
    • Quote-To-Close Ratio.
    • Average Purchase Value.
    • Monthly Customer visits

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • At least 3 years of sales experience
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
    • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations
    • Fast learner and quick thinker
    • Passionate about sales
    • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

    Expected Start Date: 1st June 2023
