    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across industries such as retail, FMCG, real estate, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

    Promote and sell the companys product portfolio, including:

    • Billboard printing
    • POS displays
    • Indoor & outdoor signage
    • Retail branding and fit-outs
    • Vehicle branding
    • Banners, flags, and standees
    • Mall advertising management
    • Exhibition displays & textile printing
    • Screen printing and stickers
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision and timeliness.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum 5 years proven sales experience in printing, branding, signage, advertising, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of the branding and advertising market in Kenya.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
