Sales Extension Officer at Nexus Staffing Solutions

Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Extension Officer to support sales growth while providing technical support and training to farmers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services, building strong customer relationships, and supporting farmers to improve productivity and quality through modern agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate sales contacts and promote products and services to customers 
• Grow and maintain relationships with existing clients 
• Provide excellent customer service to farmers and clients 
• Conduct farm visits and train farmers on: Animal husbandry (calf, chick, piglet rearing), Feeding and hygiene practices, Forage preservation and Sustainable farming and soil management. 
• Support farmers to improve production and product quality 

Qualifications & Requirements

• KCSE Certificate (minimum C-) or equivalent 
• Diploma in: Dairy Science & Technology, Animal Health or Agriculture or related field 
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience 
• Valid motorcycle riding license (accident-free) 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
