Job Description

We are seeking a Sales management Trainee to learn. While this is primarily a training position, you will gain hands-on experience by providing customer service, analyzing market trends, meeting sales target and learning to be a professional in the sales field. Since we are hoping to eventually move our trainee into a sales position, you must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Experience in a sales position is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Train under an experienced manager to learn sales and management skills
• Provide administrative support for the manager
• Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Practice field sales

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Marketing/ Sales from reputable universities.
• (Graduates from USIU, Strathmore, Daystar, Catholic university Of Eastern Africa are encouraged to apply)
• Sales experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and management skills
• Willingness to learn
