Sales Manager at Transsion

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end sales of Transsion mobile internet digital advertising product, including prospecting, proposal, contract signing, and post-sales management with Kenya Key accounts.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising industry and strong familiarity with the Kenya market and top-tier clients in telecom operators/banks/fintech, etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with KA clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of the client's campaigns.

Qualification:

• Sales/BD experience in the digital/internet/tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience, at least 2-3 years in Sales/BD role. ( Past or Current experience working in telecom operators/Bank/mobile money/Fintech/Digital advertising agencies is preferred ).
• Existing direct network/contacts/relationships with key decision makers in the preferred industry is a plus.
