    Sales & Marketing Associate

    Job Summary

    • As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient operations of the business. Your responsibilities will span across digital marketing, customer service, order fulfillment, sales tracking, stock management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. This role is perfect for someone with a mix of creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Digital Marketing:

    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness.
    • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
    • Run paid ad campaigns, analyze and optimize for return on investment.

    Sales & Customer Service:

    • Engage with customers both online and in-store, addressing their inquiries, needs, and preferences.
    • Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Upsell additional products or services to increase sales.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up.

    Order Fulfillment & Stock Records:

    • Manage order processing from start to finish, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
    • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems.
    • Ensure that all orders are correctly labelled, invoiced, and shipped.

    Store Cleanliness & Organization:

    • Keep the store clean, well-organized, and visually appealing for customers.
    • Ensure periodic store cleaning and maintenance routine.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service or retail.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and digital content creation.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
    • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. 
    • Comfortable working with inventory systems and tracking sales records.
    • A passion for home décor, flooring solutions, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

    What We Offer

    • Base salary of Ksh 10,000 per month.
    • Sales commission of 5% on all sales. 
    • Monthly performance-based bonuses. 
    • Paid leave of 12 days per year after 3 months.
