Role Summary:

• A Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marke- ting plans for Mwananchi credit limited to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
• The primary role includes market research, budgeting, campaign planning, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

•  The incumbent must be Holder of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
•  Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with leadership responsibilities. Computer literacy and proficiency.
