Sales Representative- Commissions, Remote at Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant

Initial Engagement: 3 Months
Remuneration: Commission-based for the first three months, based on successful business generated and services sold.

JOB PURPOSE

• Summit Human Resource & Marketing Group Ltd is seeking motivated, confident and results-oriented Sales Representatives to market and sell our professional business services to companies, organisations, institutions and individuals across Kenya.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, introducing Summit\'s services, generating leads, arranging meetings, preparing sales opportunities and converting prospects into paying clients.
• This is a nationwide opportunity, and candidates may operate within their preferred counties or regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

• Identify and approach potential business clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities for Summit.
• Research companies that may require HR, recruitment, outsourcing, cleaning, property or other business services.
• Identify decision-makers such as Directors, CEOs, HR Managers, Administrators, Procurement Managers and Operations Managers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate new leads through field visits, telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.

TERRITORIES / REGIONS

• Recruitment will be considered from all regions of Kenya

EDUCATION

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Commerce or a related field is an advantage.
• Relevant sales experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
