    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities:

    • Visits the pharmacies for a defined sector to develop LDB sales in accordance with commercial policy.
    • Craft win-win trade plans with big pharmacy partners and ensure excellence and timely execution
    • Create efficient business plans with clear and measurable KPIs for success
    • Increase product awareness, generate sales, and foster long-term relationships.
    • Work closely with the training team and medical teams to boost synergy and increase sellout.
    • Merchandising: ensure proper brand expression offline
    • Check product assortment and ensure no Out of stocks, that brand pillars and launches are all listed
    • Presents the brand’s products and services, with a systematic use of available promotional tools (brochures, publications)
    • Promotes the brands’ added value by emphasizing consumers’ benefits
    • Identifies the potential and the specific needs of customers to make recommendations.
    • Understand customer needs, anticipate challenges, and offer appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Advises and supports the pharmacists in the development of LDB brands (point of sales animation, pharmacy teams training, merchandising, etc.)
    • Takes orders from customers to deliver on assigned target.
    • Responsible for prospecting in a defined sector to open new points of sales in accordance with LDB distribution guidelines.

    Analyzes the sector and make proposals for sectorial action plans to improve return on investment:

    • Analyzes data (provided by Business Analyst, competition’s results)
    • Implements corrective and improvement action plans

    Manages administrative and reporting tasks:

    • Organizes and optimizes visit planning
    • Prepares visits and carries out qualitative and quantitative activity reporting in

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree is required.
    • Experience in Medical/ Pharma sales (2+ years).
    • Strong relationship skills
    • Passion for medical and beauty
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
    • Ability to provide clear insight and recommendation to management.
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
