Meet established sales targets, goals, and quotas through the assigned Sales Associates.
Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned sales area.
Maintain contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Undertake careful data entry into our CRM.
Mapping and data collection to enable validation of a specific market territory.
Execute sales support processes to expedite the conversion of sales by ensuring these forms are issued and fully filled. (FLR, GR forms, lease agreement)
Ensure 100% vetting of customers within the assigned territory to ensure collections of monthly service fee payments are improved.
Report any operational issues within their assigned sales area.

Meet actual sales against target every month.
Meet the expected new leads every month
Ensure that 80% of the new leads generated are moved along the pipeline.
Ensure 100% FLRs are conducted accurately
Ensure 100% Franchise agreements are filled on time.
Requirement
A degree and/or diploma in sales with fluency in English and Kiswahili
Current or past residency in informal settlement with a proven track record in sales success
Should have worked with the Sales team for at least 1 year.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and build relationships
