    Sales Team Lead

    The Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth, motivating and5managing the sales team, and expanding the company’s market share in cables and related products. This role oversees day-to-day sales operations, develops and maintains client relationships, and ensures achievement of sales targets while upholding high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and5collective targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen market presence5across industrial, commercial, and retail cable segments.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong5relationships with distributors, contractors, retailers, and project developers.
    • Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and customer feedback to5refine sales approaches.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support the5professional development of team members.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure5accurate pricing, timely delivery, and seamless customer experience.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to5management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit control processes, and5ethical business standards.
    • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking5events.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support operational5needs.

    Educational & Professional Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (experience in cables, electrical, or manufacturing industries preferred).
    • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles, distribution channels, and industrial sales.
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
    • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required.
