    Sales Team Leader

    Vacancy: Sales Team Leader

    Our Client in service industry is looking to hire a Sales Team Leader

    Job Purpose;

    To assist the sales manager in identifying and qualify for leads, to develop, implement strategies to improve company sales

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities.

    1. Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
    2. Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
    3. Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing,
    4. Strategically identify sales opportunities in the field assigned.
    5. Develop penetration strategies & Close Quality sales so as to meet targets.
    6. Responding to customer inquiries, complaints and objections.
    7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
    8. Attend initial sales meetings and meeting the customers at their homes.
    9. Assist to identify new opportunities by creating and implementing Market campaigns with the team assigned.
    10. Develop and cultivate customer relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving business objectives.
    11. Document issues and resolutions as realized for trend analysis.
    12. Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share with the team

    Skills and Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience  in the same role
    3. Proven experience in sales and customer service.
    4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
    5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
    6. Strong management and leadership skills.
    7. Effective communication skills.
