Salesperson at Powwater

Responsibilities:

• Selling Powwater products and services
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Meet and/or exceed quotas

Minimum Qualifications

• This is well-suited for those with 1-3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be:
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in field sales
• A self-starter that understands an entrepreneurship journey and does not back away from a challenge
• Excellent organization and time management skills; experience working in a high-paced environment
• High motivated
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and use of mobile applications

Required skills and competencies

• Determination and self-drive to achieve success
• The ability to work with a team, follow instructions, and great understanding of fill sites and the water industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area is desired but not required
• A well-versed communicator at all organizational levels, with strong oral and written skills; required fluency in English and Kiswahili
• Strong organization and time management skills, rigorous, analytic and details oriented, creative and innovative thinking
