Key Responsibilities:

• Creating effective work schedules for staff
• Tracking Inventory
• Use spreadsheets, customer management software and basic word processing programs.
• Come up with marketing strategies to ensure we stay competitive
• Conversant with marketing on social media platforms
• Resolve customer complaints effectively
• Managing, motivating and coaching staff to ensure they are meeting their targets
• Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are observed in the salon at all times
• General management of the business

Key Qualifications

• Educational requirements – Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer service or a related field
• 3 Years’ experience 
• Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage
• High standards of service excellence and passion for wellness in general
• Presentable/ Excellent grooming skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional English language and general communication skills
• Attention to detail & excellent organizational skills. 
• Presentable and well-groomed with a professional demeanor
• Team player
