Job Description
- The Administrative Secretary Intern will support the school’s front-office operations with a primary focus on digital systems management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain experience in educational administration, database management, and professional communication.
Required Skills/Characteristics
- A practising Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic traditions.
- Tech Savviness: High proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and comfort learning new School Management Systems
- Writing Skills: Strong command of grammar and a professional yet warm tone for parent communications.
- Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion: A high level of integrity when handling private academic and personal records.
