Security Controller - Agl Sez M/f at AGL- Africa Global Logistics

Mission Description               

• Conduct security risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities
• Prevent theft and damage to Company property
• Ensure regular rotation of sub-contracted security guards.
• Ensure all reported incidents are logged on the occurrence book and reported to the relevant person and proper action taken
• Lead incident investigations, liaise with the local police on any alleged intrusion into the premises or company/client cargo and follow up the case to conclusion
• Ensure all security procedures are followed by all employees and Clients within the premises
• Ensure all access points and control rooms are properly manned
• Manage CCTV, alarms, and access control systems and ensure all security gadgets/tools/equipment are in good working condition
• Maintain records of all main door keys and ensure safe custody of the same.
• Ensure all items leaving the premises are accompanied by the relevant authorization documents and gate pass.11
• Manage subcontracted Security Company on site.
• Train employees on security awareness and procedures

Profile

• Relevant Degree, Diploma, or professional certification in Security or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years' hands-on experience in a busy and demanding work environment.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills.
