Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to integrate security measures across physical security, IT infrastructure, data protection, and emergency response.
Conduct security audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and other security technologies.
Maintain relationships with external security providers, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies.
Investigate and respond to security incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security personnel.
Stay informed on the latest security trends and technologies, recommending improvements where necessary.
Prepare and deliver regular security reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Studies, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in security operations are an added advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in security management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proficiency with security technologies, access control systems, and surveillance equipment.
