Senior Accountant at Talent Grid Africa

In this role, you will:

• Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards to guide leadership decisions
• Ensure statutory compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost efficiency across production and exports
• Lead product costing, reconciliations, and monitor export profitability
• Support audits and liaise with regulatory agencies as needed

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA/ACCA qualified (CPA II minimum; CPA Finalist or Member preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or budgeting
• Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, or ERP
