We are seeking a high-performing Senior B2B Sales Executive to drive growth within faith-based school networks in Kenya. In this role, you will leverage your existing relationships with senior decision-makers, including Education Secretaries, Bishops, Directors, and Board members, to position our technology as a strategic partner for school operations, financial management, AI-driven analytics, and parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Institutional Engagement & Relationship Management
- Identify, map, and prioritize faith-based school networks (Catholic, ACK, SDA, CITAM, PCEA, Muslim groups, etc.).
- Engage with Education Secretaries, Bishops, Boards, Conferences, Synods, and Directors.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships to drive adoption across clusters of 10–100+ schools.
Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute a structured sales pipeline targeting school networks, not individual schools.
- Deliver compelling pitches, demos, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close large-scale deployments, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
- Track deals, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
National Field Engagement & Representation
- Travel across Kenya to meet leaders, conduct workshops, and organize roadshows.
- Represent the organization at education forums, faith-based conferences, and school associations.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
- Work closely with Head of Commercial, COO, and CEO to align strategy and relationship-building.
- Partner with Implementation & Support teams for smooth onboarding and deployment.
- Provide insights to the product team to improve positioning for faith-based schools.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate CRM records of engagements and milestones.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on pipeline, adoption, and revenue.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and school-cluster onboarding targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in: Education technology or enterprise SaaS, or Institutional or enterprise sales, or Partnerships with faith-based organizations.
- Proven ability to engage senior leadership (CEOs, Boards, Directors, Bishops, Pastors).
- Strong understanding of Kenya’s education ecosystem, particularly faith-based institutions.
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles and closing large deals.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across counties.
