Senior Business Development Manager (FI),Trade Finance at KCB Bank Kenya

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for driving trade finance income and business volumes through effective management of the Financial Services Portfolio of Trade Finance clients, while ensuring compliance with all internal procedures and operational controls

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the growth of Trade Finance income, business volumes and manage assigned portfolio 
• Prospect for ‘new to bank’ FI clients in conjunction with Relationship Managers 
• Champion the delivery of consistent, seamless and trusted customer service to customers
• Develop, implement and manage a range of innovative FI trade finance products and solutions 
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Drive utilization of FI customer trade finance facilities

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree 
• Certification in Trade finance 
• Master’s degree or other professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, AKIB) 
• Eight (8) years’ experience in the Financial/banking sector, two (2) of which should have been in FI-Trade
