Senior Buyer EMO at Reckitt Benckiser

A senior role in a truly global team, you’ll be responsible for aligning our raw materials procurement strategy with our business goals. You’ll lead high-value negotiations and drive innovation into our supply chain. You’ll nurture lasting relationships and ensure we work with the best suppliers. You’ll lower costs and risks whilst increasing quality and service.

Scope & Dimension of the Role

• Forecasting, analyzing and commenting on Keya & North Africa PPV.
  • Review of Quarterly TPs received from EMOs
  • Provide accurate submissions for Forecasts and plan on due time, ensure the right standards are set for all SKUs
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate reporting is done
• Ensuring pricing and service conditions are agreed with Raw pack Suppliers are met
• Support other Reckitt markets that are sourcing from EMOs under their responsibility
• Collaborate closely with Global & Regional procurement Team to ensure delivery of targets
• Review rates of material under authority in line with Reckitt policies and guidelines
• Where applicable, highlight opportunities for localization
• where applicable, run tenders and e-tenders for assigned RM PM
• Where applicable, participate in benchmarking exercises with other Reckitt sites
• Deliver savings target as mandated by the Management
• Participate and represent procurement in productivity workstreams

Professional Qualification & Experience

• 8-10 years of procurement experience in Multinational FMCG or similar environment
• BSC Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or other relevant disciplines
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure & have good time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Work independently under coaching of Regional procurement Manager
• Ability to lead, assigned tasks to the team
• Analytical & Numerical skills with strong Excel knowledge
