Job Requirement

• Possess a Bachelors of Laws degree from a recognized University.
• Be an Advocate of the High court of at least four (4) years.
• Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
• Possesses a valid practicing certificate.

Job Description

• Advising, representing, and defending the county in matters of Litigation and ADR.
• Providing guidance on compliance with court orders, judgments, and decrees affecting the County.
• Preparation of briefs, opinions and legal instruments.
• Preparing affidavits/counter affidavits in Civil Proceedings by or affecting the County.
• Preparing and instituting matters in court on behalf of the County.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
